Our deposit is 50% of your total package price. The remainder will be due on the date of your event, or sooner if you prefer. If you are unable to pay a 50% deposit, we can break your package up into 4 equal payments to give you more flexibility.

Yes! We offer 2 correctional phases with every package! After we send you the first draft for your review, you can send us a list of corrections. Whether it's adding or removing shots, making certain parts longer/shorter, changing the style of it, order of shots etc, we want the film to truly suit your preferences!

After we received your first list of corrections, we will go ahead and make those adjustments and send you a second draft. After reviewing your second draft you can send us another list of corrections.

We will make the necessary revisions and send you your third and final draft.

If you'd like additional correctional phases, we can add on them on to your package during the editing process if needed. Luckily none of our clients have needed this, but it's always an option!

Yes! We ask for your song selection up front.If you aren't sure, we will request them again during the post-production/editing process. You will be able to choose 2-5 songs depending on your package and length of video. And if you need help choosing songs, we can always help make recommendations ;)

Yes, we carry business insurance and can provide a COI. Typically vendors want to be added as a third party to our insurance policy, so we can do this a week prior to the event and provided an updated COI to your venue coordinator.

Simply fill out a form on our website by clicking "check availability" or "book now" and we will reach out to confirm if your date is available. From there we will schedule a phone call or zoom call, whichever you prefer, to discuss your wedding details and answer any questions you have.

Once you pick a package, or we decide on a custom package for you, we will send you a service agreement and invoice with a link to pay your deposit through paypal. You can pay with a credit/debit card, ACH, or your paypal account.

Once we send out your contract, we put a soft hold on your date for 7 days so you can have time to review everything and make sure you feel confident moving forward, without having fear that your date will get booked by someone else!

After the 7 days, if we do not receive your deposit, your date will be released. You can still choose to move forward at a later date, but you will have to confirm the date is still available.

All files are delivered electronically. We will send you a download link via text & email that you can also share with others if you'd like.

If your package includes a wedding photo book, this will be mailed to you.

We deliver your first draft of your wedding film within 14 days of your event.

We aim to get all corrections done within 30 days from your event, but it depends on how quickly you are able to get your edit requests back to us.

Raw footage is not standard included in our packages. But you can choose it as an add-on. We charge $150 for raw footage which will include a physical hard drive mailed to you. This fee is to cover the cost of the hard drive, shipping, and data transfer.

Not at this time, we find most couples prefer to order prints themselves through their preferred sites.
